We make shipping costs very simple and inexpensive when you place an order through our Pets Around The Clock website.
We can ship your order anywhere around the Australian mainland and Tasmania. Depending on the order size and weight, we will either use Australia Post or our own designated freight company. All orders are shipped door to door – we do not send parcels to a Post Office Box. If you cannot be home to accept the delivery you can either provide an alternative address during the check out section of the shopping cart or freight service provider will leave a 'sorry we missed you' card. You can then simply arrange a redelivery (fees may apply) or collect the parcel from the stated depot on the card.
We have a standard freight charge and even a free freight option:

FREE Shipping to anywhere on the Australian Mainland and Tasmania

It is that simple.
The freight will be calculated during your checkout finalisation and you will have the opportunity to go back and change your order.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 business hours of receipt confirmation. Please refer below for an approximate guide to transit times.
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro areas
Please allow 1 to 3 business days after the parcel has left the warehouse
Adelaide Metro areas, NSW regional, Victoria regional and Southern QLD
Please allow 3 to 4 business days after the parcel has left the warehouse
Perth Metro Areas, Tasmania and South Australia regional
Please allow 5 to 7 business days after the parcel has left the warehouse
Far North Queensland, Western Australia regional and Northern Territory
Please allow 7 to 10 business days after the parcel has left the warehouse
N.B The above transit times are based on normal freight operations and does not allow for machinery break-downs, bad weather or other abnormal conditions.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame please 'contact us' and we will provide a track 'n trace.
* shipping is based on standard delivery and non-remote locations. For remote locations, we may need to provide a free quote prior to shipping or may need to refund the purchase amount due to the freight cost.
